Services
Sabbath Services will be at PLC starting at 2:30 pm
Sabbaths of July 20th & 27th
Unfortunately, we will not be able to have services at the PLC on the Sabbaths of July 20th and 27th. Mr. Bornhorst is working on the details, but the following are the current plans:
July 20th—Outdoors at a local park beneath a shelter. Location is still being determined.
July 27th—Palomino Ballroom in Zionsville.
Service times will probably be the same as usual, but details are still being finalized.

July 13— Team 2 (H-O)
July 20—Off-Site
July 27— Off-Site
Emergency Phone Notification
We are reorganizing the Emergency Phone Notification system. We will no longer be calling the entire congregation. Instead we will be relying on e-mail notification. For those of you without internet service, we will continue to notify you by phone. Please see Mark or Kris Vincen if you DO NOT have internet service or still wish to be called for some reason. This will greatly streamline the Emergency Phone Notification System.

ELECTION RESULTS
Thank you to everyone that participated in the recent nomination/election process for the Indianapolis Board of Directors. The final results were that Kim Ackley and Freda Carlson were re-elected. Patrick Nielander and Gary Sherrill are new board members.
Local Tithes
Tithes and offerings may be sent to the Home Office in Cincinnati, OH or to the Indianapolis congregation.
If sending to the home office, checks or money orders should be made payable to UCGAIA and sent to
United Church of God AIA
PO Box 541027
Cincinnati, OH 45254
If sending to the local congregation, checks or money orders should be made payable to UCG-Indianapolis and sent to United Church of God
PO Box 781384
Indianapolis, IN 46278
Indianapolis also appreciates those who are willing to send their tithes locally. Having our own account, managed by the pastor and local board, allows flexibility to manage the day-to-day operations of the local congregation, as well as plan for the future needs of the church. A full review of the Indianapolis church budget is always available upon request. Ten percent of all local donations are sent to the Home Office; otherwise, the money is used for the operations of the local congregation, including planning for owning a future hall. The Indianapolis congregation does not receive any funds from the Home Office to handle local expenses.
Please note that local donations are also tax deductible and a receipt will be sent at year end for tax filing purposes.
Please show consideration to those in the congregation who are extremely sensitive to fragrances by refraining from wearing any scented products such as: Febreeze, perfumes, colognes, aftershaves, and scented lotions.
