Hotel Information for Holiday Inn Eastgate (and overflow properties if necessary)

If you register by February 1, 2020, hotel accommodations are paid for by the United Church of God if you stay at the Church-designated hotels. This applies to standard rooms, and any upgrades are at personal expense.

When you register for the GCE, there will be a section for making room reservations.

Confirmation numbers will be sent out mid-February.

Reservations After February 1

After February 1, you must make your own housing arrangements.

However, hotel reservations made after February 1 will still be at the discounted group rate through April 9. After April 9, the rates might not be at the discounted.

A standard hotel room discounted rate is $86 per night plus tax.

How to Make a Reservation at Holiday Inn Eastgate After February 1.

Book Online

2. Enter the correct arrival and departure dates, and then click Search. (You will see the message “The Group Code you provided does not exist at this hotel.” until your arrival and departure dates have been set correctly.) The Group Code is UCG.

Book Over the Phone

1. Call the Holiday Inn Eastgate directly at (513) 752-4400 to book your accommodations, or call Holiday Inn (Intercontinental Hotels Group) at 1-800-HOLIDAY (1-800-465-4329) and follow the automated prompts.
2. When making your reservation, tell them you are booking with the United Church of God, block code GCE.
