The French brethren invite you to join them at VVF Village in Évian-les-Bains, in the French Alps, for the 2018 Feast of Tabernacles in France. Famous for its mineral water, Évian-les-Bains, on the shores of Lake Geneva, welcomes visitors with its lakeside promenade, Belle Époque architecture, fine dining, and a focus on health and well-being with thermal spas and thalassotherapy treatments.

Located across the road from the lakeside promenade, the VVF Village has a state-of-the-art conference center and auditorium with seating for 300 people, an indoor heated swimming pool overlooking the lake, a gym, and a restaurant and bar with lake views. This all-inclusive site provides the opportunity to experience full-course French meals while enjoying fellowship with other brethren from around the world.

During the Feast, we will offer excursions to the medieval town of Gruyères, the resort village of Chamonix, the alpine village of Les Lindarets and the lake-side town of Yvoire. Please see the “Excursions” section under the "POSTS" tab for more information about the excursions.

On the seventh day of the Feast, with no excursions planned, feast-goers can choose to relax at the resort or enjoy a self-guided tour of the various surrounding sites that Évian-les-Bains has to offer, including the Funicular Railway, Cachat Spring, Palais Lumière and the main thermal bath spa which are all within a 15-minute walk from the VVF Village.

The average daytime highs in Évian-les-Bains in late September are in the mid-60's (18 degrees Celsius) with lows around 50 (10 degrees Celsius).

As with prior years, the Feast in France will be all-inclusive and the price includes nine nights lodging and breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cost for two or more adults lodging together will be €620 per person and for a person lodging alone €740 per person. Children 15 and under pay a reduced rate. Évian-les-Bains is approximately a one-hour drive from the Geneva Airport.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT PROCESS

Attending the Feast in France is a two-step process:

Step 1 – Complete the online registration at https://www.ucg.org/members/feast/sites/2018/evian-les-bains-france. You will then receive an email notice of registration with important instructions, including a link to the MyShopify payment site where you will create an account to make all of your payments for housing, excursions, and airport transport.

Step 2 –Make your full payment for your all-inclusive accommodations, and excursions before the deadline of Sunday, July 1, 2018.

Please note that payment can only be made online, using your own credit card or PayPal account. Prices are in Euros, with the exchange rate determined by your credit card company, or PayPal, on the date of payment. Prices for excursions are listed in the "Excursions" post under the Posts tab.
