Preteen Scripture Memory Challenge!

Public

This year in Lake George, we want to help our Preteens understand more about what the coming millennial period will be like. Also, the other elders and I want them to know they are important to us!

Overview

On opening night or at the information table, you may pick up one lanyard per preteen. They can wear it to services each day to recite memory scriptures and collect tickets.

Memory scriptures are below and are themed around the Holy Days and characteristics of those who will be in the future Kingdom of God.

Objective

Every day of the Feast, there will be 3 Elders (myself included) wearing a special lanyard with tickets on it.  Preteens can locate one of us – and make it known they would like to recite a memory scripture. Kids earn the tickets we’re wearing by reciting the scriptures by memory.

Once a new ticket is earned, it can be attached to the preteen’s lanyard.

I wonder if anyone can earn all of the tickets?!
