The Feast of Tabernacles and 8th Day are almost here, and we have made arrangements for fun activities for all ages!

Most activities will be held outside throughout the week - those are weather permitting and subject to change. 

Ticketed/ RSVP Required Activities 

(CLOSED FOR GROUP TICKETING) Sunday, October 4th: Young Adult Activity - Renaissance Faire
Time: Please meet at entrance to the faire at 1:15 pm; open until 8:00pm

Over 90 medieval stage shows and plenty of food options are offered - dressing up in medieval themed costume is very much encouraged!

Monday, October 5th: Senior Picnic at the Lions Pavilion in East Lampeter Township Park
Time: 1:00pm
Price: Free; RSVP required via email (danibethbritt@gmail.com) by Tuesday, September 29th

Description:  For all seniors 65 and older, please join us for an outdoor picnic of food and drinks at no cost to you, which will include a sandwich, side and sweet treat. Since lunch will be provided for each person, you must RSVP with the number of seniors planning to attend from your household to ensure that we will have food ready for you. If you have any dietary restrictions such as gluten, dairy or meat sensitivities, then please include those needs in your reply. We will not be able to provide group transportation to the park.

(CLOSED FOR GROUP TICKETING) Wednesday, October 7th: Sight and Sound Theater - Queen Esther Time: 3pm-6pm*
    *arrive 45 minutes prior to start time; show is approx. 2.5 hours with 15 minute intermission)

Time: 1pm-5pm
Price: MUST$15.55 per person (ages 2 and under are free)*
    *Tickets are non-refundable, will be moved to Friday if rained out

This price includes 60+ farm fun activities for the entire family, including a corn maze, slides, wagon rides and an animal discovery barn! Concessions and a couple of bonus activities may be additionally purchased on site such as paint ball and apple blasting. 

Friday, October 9th: Singles Activity - Echo Caverns
Time:  Please meet at entrance to Wyndham Resort at 1:30 pm; caves open until 4:00pm
Price: $14.00 in cash per person paid upon entry
Location: 368 Middletown Rd, Hummelstown, PA 17036

All participants must be able to climb 70 steps down into the caverns and dress accordingly for a 52 degree temperature while inside. After exploring the caves, buy yourself dinner or a treat together at the fun 1950s themed Soda Jerk Diner (403 E Main St, Hummelstown, PA 17036).

Non-ticketed Activities

There will also be other activities during the week that do not require a ticket, including a socially distanced line dance the evening of Monday, 9/5 and park days on Monday 9/5 and Tuesday 9/6.

Monday and Tuesday, October 5-6th: East Lampeter Township Park (Teen Activity on Tuesday)
Time: 1pm-5pm; Teen Activities on Tuesday (10/6) 2pm-4pm 
Price: Free, no tickets required
Location: 2330 Hobson Rd, Lancaster, PA 17602
Description: The Church has reserved multiple pavilions with picnic tables, a softball diamond and a sand volleyball court. The scenic park has many trails, a large playground, frisbee golf course and bathrooms available. 

Monday, October 5th: Outdoor Socially Distanced Line Dance 
Time: 5:00pm-7:00pm
*Dance will be moved to Tuesday if rained out
Price: Free, no tickets required
Location: Wyndham Resort Expo Patio near meeting tent 
Description: Join us for a fun-filled evening of music and entertainment for all ages!
