×St. George, Utah
Scenic St. George, Utah and the Dixie State University, Cox Performing Arts Center will host the Feast of Tabernacles 2021. This year the convention center is not available so we will be meeting in their auditorium which seats 1200. This is a theater with steps like we have used in Branson, Wisconsin Dells and Hawaii in previous years.
This area of southwestern Utah is called Greater Zion. Greater Zion offers more than 2,400 square miles of adventure and inspiration. Zion National Park, the fourth most visited National Park in the United States, is the premier attraction. The park is distinguished by Zion Canyon’s steep, red cliffs accented with massive sandstone cliffs of cream and pink that soar into a brilliant blue sky. Zion Canyon Scenic Drive cuts through its main section, leading to forest trails along the Virgin River. The river flows to the Emerald Pools, which have waterfalls and a hanging garden. Also, along the river, partly through deep chasms, is The Narrows, a popular wading hike.
This family friendly community provides a picturesque setting with snow-capped mountain peaks, red rock canyons and red sand mountains. Zion National Park is the premier attraction, but Zion is only the beginning. Four state parks including Sand Hollow, Gunlock, Quail Creek, and Snow Canyon, as well as a multitude of year-round recreational lands set the stage for a burgeoning mountain biking scene, scenic and challenging play at 13 top-rated golf courses and more, plus world-class cultural performances at Tuacahn Center for the Arts. This is a site where you will be able to do everything you want during the Feast.
Housing details are still being finalized, but registration will still open for this site with the rest of the U.S. sites, at 11 a.m. EDT on April 11.
