Estonia has again revised its travel restrictions.  No proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test is needed to enter the country as of July 1, 2022.

The Netherlands still requires vaccinations, but as a transit passenger, the Schipole airport waives that requirement. The United States has also dropped the requirement of a negative antigen test to re-enter the USA.
