Instructions on how to make reservations will be forwarded to you once you have been accepted to this Feast site. 

A three-night deposit for your hotel room(s) will be required two weeks after you have been accepted to this site. The balance of your bill will be due September 9, 2022. (If you change your mind about attending this site, a refund for your deposit will need to be approved by the Festival Coordinator and then also the hotel, before it is processed.)

*Children policy:
The child's rate applies to Iberostar Rose Hall Beach (and Suites) as follows:
● Toddlers from 0 to 2.99 years are free of charge.
● Child rates will apply for children ages 3 to 12 years.  13 and older are charged as adults.
● Children age from 3 to 12 years are 50% off the double adult rate if sharing the room with two adults.
● There must be two full paying adults in each room to apply the Child Rate.
● One child and one adult in the same room, the child pays the double adult rate.
● Three children with one adult in the same room, first child will pay the adult double rate, second child and third child will each pay 50% off the double adult rate.

For guests who wish to upgrade to Rose Hall Suites or Grand Rose Hall a limited number of rooms will be available at the following categories and rates:

Suites Room: Junior Suite (JS) per night with 2 double beds or 1 king bed. Max 4 persons per room.
