Greetings all, happy almost Sabbath!

We're getting ever closer to our time together in Klamath Falls and last week's incredible full moon was a reminder of how close we are, and that the next time we see a moon in that phase - it will be the Feast!

As such - there are a couple of quick reminders, and things that I need from you as we hit the 2ish week mark.

Meal and Activity Signups: A few of our activities have dates where we have to provide firm numbers to the catering staff, such as the Seniors Luncheon, Teen Activity, Dessert Meet and Greet, etc. There is a link to complete these signups, which is included below. One question that has come up is if you're able to register more than one person at a time - absolutely you can--after you complete the first, it will give you an option to save and add another.

Setup Help: If anyone is able to help on setup on Wednesday, October 16th, and will be in Klamath Falls early, we will begin setting up the hall, and we need some muscle, and a number of additional hands to make sure the hall is ready to go for opening night. If you're able to be there early to help setup, it will be greatly appreciated. Many hands make light work.

Volunteers: We're still looking for individuals who would like to serve in various capacities:

• We're looking for some folks who are interested in helping to decorate the stage once it is all setup on Wednesday. It would probably be after lunch on Wednesday. If you have a bit of a decorative eye, flowers, etc... we could use your help.
• Additionally, we are looking for people who would like to help both as instructors, and as helpers with the two Festival Youth Instruction classes (October 18th, and October 22nd). If you're interested in helping out with the FYI, please contact Brenda Wubben.
• The final volunteer opportunity that we have is for greeters. If you're interested in serving in this capacity during the Feast, please contact Carl Kinsella.

Otherwise, from here to the Feast, there will be regular Friday evening update emails that come out with any last minute reminders as we get closer.
