2015 Feast of Tabernacles Report
Kpalime, Togo
God in His great love helped us once more to celebrate this festival with great joy. It was in Kpalime, a town surrounded by mountains with lush vegetation, where we hosted the Feast of Tabernacles.
We had 48 participants, all dressed in their best clothes during all eight days where God had allowed us to enjoy His songs and be educated by His life-giving Word.
To enhance this beautiful festival, Mark and Michelle Mickelson had brought a large suitcase containing various gifts for the women and children. As per our custom, and as a Feast gift, we rewarded our students by giving them some special school supplies and added a little monetary gift of 15 euros per student to help the parents with school fees.
Women and young ladies had made necklaces and earrings during their leisure time. We also had a visit from Moise Mabout, minister in Cameroon, and our sister Kemi who came from Cotonou and had spent two days with us. Mr. Mabout had urged us to be vigilant during his two sermons, which were very constructive.
These eight days once again gave us a vision of the next life we will share with our brother Jesus Christ. It was wonderful. God has given us everything for the success of this Feast, and we are very grateful to Him.
Our thanks also go to all those who directly or indirectly contributed to this perfect success.
