2019 Camp Report
Mexico Youth Camp
The site is a Christian camp called “Kikoten” which means “joy” in the Mayan language. Since it was in a cool area, at more than 6,000 ft. elevation, we wore warm clothing to protect ourselves from the chilly mornings and evenings.
There were Christian living classes in the morning, and during the rest of the day we had sports activities such as basketball, baseball, archery, challenge courses, rock climbing walls, bumper balls and zip lining. We also had arts and crafts classes, a dance, a bonfire and an entertaining talent night.
The 48 people who participated will bring home pleasant memories after experiencing this wonderful camp.
Thank you for your prayers and support. We are grateful to God for giving us this opportunity to serve the next generation growing up in the Church.
