Mr. Trone has been working with Treasurer Aaron Dean in the Financial Services Department. His job duties include helping Mr. Dean with accounting work and helping Gerald Seelig with accounts payable. This summer he will take over payroll and reimbursement of ministerial expenses.

Mr. Trone grew up in Auburn, California, where he lived until moving to Cincinnati, Ohio. He has two siblings: his brother, Joe, also works in accounting in Sacramento and his sister, Jessica, is a nurse in San Diego. His father, Drew Trone, is a deacon in the Sacramento congregation and his mother, Lydia, is a deaconess there. He has nine other extended family members who attend the Sacramento congregation.

After high school, he went to Sierra College in Rocklin, California, where he received an AA degree in accounting in 2007. He later went on to graduate from California State University Sacramento in May 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting with honors.

Mr. Trone will surely use his education and talents in serving the church. “I am most looking forward to getting experience in my major of accounting and in helping the church. It is a great opportunity for me to not only do the type of work that I enjoy doing, but also to be working with people of like mind,” he said.
