On June 28, the Little Rock congregation enjoyed their annual church picnic. It was held at Pettit Jean State Park on an unseasonably cool summer day. Tommy and Brenda Runnels grilled hamburgers and hotdogs for the rest of us hungry folks. The side dishes were prepared by the women of the congregation. No one went away hungry.

Activities included swimming, hiking, and fishing, not to mention lots of happy conversation. There was also a playground for the children. Everybody had a great time.
