The Twin Cities congregation of Minneapolis-St. Paul is excited to once again host the bi-annual women’s conference event for UCG women around the world who wish to come fellowship, learn and grow together to the glory of our God.

The dates for this year’s conference are November 11-13, 2011.

Our theme this year is "Many Gifts, One Spirit," based in 1 Corinthians 12:4. We women of United are from every race and creed, culture and background. We all bring a variety of gifts to the Church, according to but one Spirit, "...which apportions to each one individually as it wills" (verse 11). And we know that these gifts are to be put to work, "for the common good" (verse 7). We will have the pleasure this year of an expert presentation by the author of our featured book selection, which will help each woman clearly identify her dominant biblically-based gift(s) from the Spirit—and some practical help in examining how to use those gifts to build up the Church and lead a more harmonious personal life.

In addition to this, there will be a session for young women, ages 16-21, a session on "how we treat one another" and a symposium/round table conversation about roles and balance in our stages of life.
