Melvin Rhodes (senior pastor for Ghana), Jim Franks (Ministerial Services operation manager) and Tom Kirkpatrick (Church treasurer) conducted classes for the pastors in Ghana April 16 to 25. "It is virtually impossible to obtain visas for them to travel to the United States, so we have brought the training to them," said Mr. Franks. "At the end of the classes we administered a test on the fundamental beliefs of the Church. The group of men we are working with has shown considerable growth since our first encounter back in 1999, and all did well on the test."
