At the beginning of July, Randy Urwiller was named pastor of the congregation in East Texas in addition to his assignments as pastor of Ruston (Louisiana) and Texarkana. Dr. Urwiller began working six years ago as an assistant pastor for the congregation with his wife, Penny, assisting pastor Don Ward. Dr. Ward retired from employment at the end of June.

We greatly appreciate the dedicated service of these men and their wives.

Administrative Services Coordinator

Chris Rowland and his wife, Katherine, serve in the ministry of the United Church of God. They live in Cincinnati, Ohio, where Chris is Administrative Services Coordinator. Chris and Katherine have two married, adult children.

Chris graduated from Wabash College in 1994 with a degree in Mathematics, minoring in Computer Science and French. He worked as a computer programmer and software architect for 17 years before he was hired by the Church full-time in January 2011.
