During its May meeting immediately following the General Conference of Elders, the Council of Elders chose the next president of the United Church of God. The new president, Victor Kubik, replaces interim president Robin Webber, who served in that role after the death of Dennis Luker on March 14. Mr. Kubik leaves the office of Ministerial and Member Services operation manager vacant. He took office May 9.

“My management style and working relationship with everyone in the work is that there must be a spirit of Christ-centered service and collaboration with the president through the administration. We will then achieve our objectives. I want to continue the loving relationship that Denny Luker brought to the home office and preserve that environment,” said Mr. Kubik.
