Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- powdered sugar (optional)
- dash cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place butter in a 9 x 13 baking pan and put in the oven to melt.
- Add eggs, milk, vanilla, flour and cinnamon in a blender and mix for 1 minute.
- Remove pan from oven and pour the batter into the hot melted buttered pan.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until firm and golden brown. It will be VERY poofy.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional) and serve immediately!
Notes
This is a very rich pancake, but my family of 4 can easily eat the whole pan in one sitting, so if you have a larger family, just blend up two batches!
