Speaker: Tom Meece Date: 8/3/24 Willingness to serve is a Christian character trait that has preserved the lives of others in the past and very well may preserve yours in the future. The way of life we have now in the United States is only temporary, and from Biblical prophecy, it appears it may end soon. We could be invaded and our citizens taken captive as slaves as history shows has been common in the past. This message explores that possibility, what has happened to past people taken captive as slaves, and how we could cope should it happen to us. Specifically addressed is how cultivating a mindset of service will help us, especially if such a scenario happens, but also if it doesn’t happen.
