You are invited to the 50th anniversary celebration of the Church of God in Phoenix on November 12, 2011. Fifty years ago the Church of God (Radio Church of God at the time), under the direction of Herbert W. Armstrong, established a congregation in Phoenix, Arizona. Throughout that half-century, many members and ministers have attended the Phoenix congregations and have developed life-long relationships. The United Church of God is hosting a Sabbath service and evening social to all wishing to meet and fellowship in peace. We invite anyone who has information about the history of the Phoenix congregations to contact us.
