Long before God created Adam and Eve, He planned for the Holy Days. Several scriptures reveal that He created the moon to mark these special holy times. Why? Because He knew that mankind would need a Savior, that He would send Jesus Christ as that Savior, and a series of Holy Days would be established to point to Jesus Christ, the Kingdom of God and the ultimate salvation of mankind. These days are indeed God's Love Feasts—the expression of His great love and mercy toward His creation.
