Few people are aware of the seven festivals God reveals in the Bible. Even fewer undestand that they teach us about God's plan for the salvation of mankind. And while many assume that Jesus Christ did away with these Holy Days, the facts of the Bible show that in reality He is at the center of each of them and they teach us a great deal about Him and His role in God's plan for salvation. In this sermon, we go through the biblical festivals in order and see how each teaches us about Jesus Christ.

Scott Ashley is managing editor of Beyond Today magazine, United Church of God booklets and its printed Bible Study Course. He and his wife, Connie, live near Denver, Colorado. 
Mr. Ashley attended Ambassador College in Big Sandy, Texas, graduating in 1976 with a theology major and minors in journalism and speech. It was there that he first became interested in publishing, an industry in which he has worked for 50 years.
