Picture sitting by a warm campfire, delicious picnics and a time for lots of exciting activities and good fellowship. The Lewistown Church area cordially invites you to their annul Greenwood Furnace Family Campout Weekend. The dates this year are from Friday, July 15 until Sunday, July 17, 2016. Sabbath services will be held in the old church building in the park at 1 p.m.. followed by an outdoor picnic at 4 p.m. On Sunday we’ll have a picnic around 12:30 PM.  Sunday activities include a softball game, outdoor fellowship, games and prizes for children, and swimming. Other attractions at Greenwood Furnace are a museum, the old furnace, and many walking trails. The cost for the weekend is a donation of food for the picnics and the cost of a campsite ($59.00 for two nights of Friday and Saturday).
