1. At right click "Downloads" for a printable registration form to include with your payment. As we are very near to the Feast now, please bring your completed registration form and payment to the information table to retrieve your tickets.  

2. Also attached is a liability waiver for the family day activity.  Please fill out and bring with your registration.
