Chicago Young Adult Weekend
Bill Bradford kicked off the weekend on Friday with a Bible study on “Being an Instrument of Value Set Apart for God’s Use.” On Saturday John May’s Bible study focused on “Abraham and the Young Adult—How Do They Relate?” Randy D’Alessandro brought the messages together with his Sabbath sermon, “The Attributes of a Sanctified Young Person.” On Sunday, over a brunch in the city, Bob Fahey spoke on creating a personal plan to be an instrument of honor and facilitated the group to form an assessment that can be a guide in becoming useful for every good work.
A fun-filled evening on Saturday included a pizza-making challenge for everyone to display their creative talents, uniqueness and strengths with the final awards being presented by the Italian judges. Downtown Sunday adventures included brunch and a city scavenger hunt. The weekend was filled with spiritual messages, inspiration and tremendous relationship building.
Please stay tuned for our next Chicago young adult weekend.
