The Panama City Beach Feast site at Edgewater Resorts is in good shape!

We’ve received phone calls from brethren throughout the United States who wanted to know how the Feast site in Panama City Beach is doing after the passing of the strongest recorded hurricane on the Gulf Coast. Here is an on-site report of our Panama City Beach Feast site, which my wife and I visited on Wednesday, October 17, 2018.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that Edgewater, and most of Panama City Beach, was spared from this great storm.  Panama City, across the Bay from Panama City Beach, suffered considerable damage, just 10 miles to the east. Thankfully, our storage unit in Panama City was not affected.

Yesterday, our good friends from Edgewater gave my wife and me a brief tour of the property, to observe firsthand the Edgewater towers, villas, and convention center. Amazingly, everything looks just like it did during the Feast, which is why they had to point out any minor damage that affected a few of the roofs. Edgewater’s electricity, water, and phone service have been restored and remarkably, the many palm trees in the parking lots remain as they were, seemingly untouched. This Saturday, Edgewater towers will be filled to capacity with first responders, doctors, and Florida State Troopers. We feel that God preserved our Feast site in Panama City Beach.

Thank you all for your concern and prayers regarding the condition of Edgewater Resorts, where we've kept God’s Feast of Tabernacles for many years. We can truly thank God for His protection and for allowing us to keep His 2018 Feast in peace and safety (Isaiah 49:16).  The Panama City Beach site looks good for 2019.

Warm regards,
