Living in what Paul called "perilous times" presents many dangers. In the Olivet Prophecy Jesus warned that the love of many would wax cold as time moved toward the end of this age. This behooves us to take steps to safeguard our love. We can do so by focusing on the needs of others, giving of our time, giving our heart to others, and through our prayers for each other.
