Hawaiian members are not required to stay at the Royal Lahaina Resort. Non-Hawaiian attendees must be committed to staying onsite at the Royal Lahaina Resort. If the hotel contractual obligations are fulfilled and there is additional capacity in the meeting room, additional members can apply, pay the registration fee, and find personal housing.

• $197 – run of house (at check-in a room is guaranteed, but it might be garden view or ocean view)
• $220 – ocean view
• $234 - Deluxe Garden Cottage Room
• $336 - Deluxe Ocean Front Cottage Room

Additional room types are available but very expensive (per night):

• $460 - 1 bedroom Deluxe Garden Cottage Suite 
• $510 – 1 bedroom Ocean Front Molokai Suite
• $591 – 1 bedroom Ocean Front Lanai Suite
• $531 - 2 bedroom Garden Cottage Suite
• $659 - 2 bedroom Deluxe Garden Cottage Suite
• $808 – 2 bedroom Ocean Front Molokai Suite
• $931 – 2 bedroom Ocean Front Lanai Suite

Hotel policies and fees (regardless of room type):

• Third and Fourth Person Charge:  $45 each + tax for any additional guests 18 years or older per night
• Resort Fee: none
• Porterage:  none
• Daily Self-Parking: free
• Hotel Tax is 14.42%
• Room rates apply 3 days before and after depending on availability.
