If you are flying into Nice airport and taking our provided shuttle:

A shuttle bus will be provided to and from the Nice airport on Friday, October 11 (if we confirm enough need), Sunday, October 13, and Tuesday, October 22. If you would like to take advantage of the arrival shuttles on Friday, October 11 or Sunday, October 13, please plan to arrive before 2:30pm. The shuttle bus will leave between 3-3:30pm each day. If you are unable to arrive before 2:30pm, you will need to make alternative transportation arrangements to get to the resort.

For those purchasing a shuttle from the Nice airport, you will receive a questionnaire asking for your flight # and arrival times. You will be sent a transportation survey on Thursday, August 1st to be completed by Thursday, August 15th. The per person cost for an airport shuttle will be €35. Infants two and under are free if they do not take up a seat on the bus.

If you are arriving by train into Nice or Saint-Raphaël:

You can purchase tickets from the following website***: https://en.oui.sncf/en/

You will need to obtain your own taxi or rideshare service to get to the Cap Estérel Resort. Upon arriving at the Cap Estérel Resort gate, if the gate is closed, please use the call box to contact the front desk and identify yourself as being with the United Church of God group. Proceed to park in the outdoor lot and take the elevator or stairs up to the main village level for check-in.

***Please note: It is absolutely essential to phone your credit card provider and advise them that you plan to purchase tickets online in a foreign currency so they can remove the fraud protection and allow your transaction to go through.
 

If you are driving to the Cap Estérel Resort in a personal or rented vehicle:

If you are driving, take the turn at the Pierre & Vacances Village sign off the D559 road. Proceed up the hill and arrive at the resort gate. If the gate is closed, please use the call box to contact the front desk and identify yourself as being with the United Church of God group. Proceed to park in the outdoor lot and take the elevator or stairs up to the main village level for check-in.
 

Additional travel info:

American, Canadian, Australian, and British citizens need valid passports for travel to France, but no visa is currently required if the visit is less than 90 days. For citizens of the European Union, a national ID card is all that is required. Visitors from countries other than those mentioned above should check with the nearest French consulate or embassy to verify travel formalities.
