Registration Process

The Feast in France registration process consists of three steps:
 

  1. Enter your festival registration information beginning March 4th, 2019 at 11:00am Eastern Standard Time in the United States at the ucg.org festival registration site: www.ucg.org/members/feast/sites/2019/saint-raphael-france
     
  2. At the completion of the ucg.org input process, you will see a screen confirming your pending registration status and containing information on the next step in the registration process, including a link to our payment site. You will also receive an email with this same information within 1-12 hours depending on the time of day that you registered (longer response times for non-working hours in the Eastern Time Zone).
     
  3. Use the link in step 2 to immediately visit the payment site and complete your registration by paying a €25 PER ADULT (all in your party 18 years of age and older) non-refundable registration fee.

Registration is complete upon payment of the €25 PER ADULT non-refundable registration fee. Unfortunately, we cannot hold a place for you or your family if you don’t pay the registration fee within 48 hours of registering on the ucg.org festival registration site. After 48 hours your ucg.org registration will be deregistered from France and you will be placed on the waiting list for a future opportunity to register if space is available.

Within 12-24 hours of making your €25 per adult non-refundable registration fee, you will receive an email with instructions and deadlines for paying for your housing, meals, excursions and airport transport, as well as arranging for pre-feast housing at the site if you wish to arrive early.
 

IMPORTANT NEXT STEPS AFTER REGISTRATION:

To help ensure you obtain your first choice of accommodation, please be prepared to purchase your lodging beginning, April 1st at 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time in the United States. You have until July 31st to complete the purchase of housing, meal packages, excursions and airport transportation. However, the housing units will be available on a first come first serve bases, and those who wait will not likely obtain their preferred accommodation.

We also encourage you to use the time between March 1st and March 31st to discuss with your registered friends and family what type of accommodation you prefer, and for singles wishing to share a room, who your roommate(s) will be, so you are prepared to book your preferred room type on April 1st, when the housing units will become available for purchase.

Specifically, if you are a single person, or a couple and you want to pay the lower price for a standard double room, non-ocean view, it is recommended that you pay for your housing unit early. If you wait until later to reserve your double room, there may be none left, and you may have to purchase a triple, quad or an apartment at a higher price. Note also that singles sharing an accommodation should designate a person to purchase the housing type and the other individuals sharing can determine the best way to reimburse that person.

  • Double Room, non-ocean view - (26 units)
  • Double Room, ocean view - (9 units)
  • Triple Room, non-ocean view - (5 units)
  • Triple Room, ocean view - (8 units)
  • Quad Room, non-ocean view - (4 units)
  • Apartments with a kitchen recommended for families with small children-non-ocean view only - (units not limited)
