Camp Ironwood in southeast Minnesota welcomes campers to experience four days of fun-filled activities in a positive, loving and godly environment. Camp is held in the spectacular outdoor setting of Ironwood Springs Christian Ranch.

Camp activities are designed to enrich children spiritually and physically in a nurturing atmosphere. Our goal is to enhance children’s relationship with God and with others. Activities include daily Christian living, music classes, a zipline, swimming, horseback riding, field games, team challenge, a climbing wall, arts and crafts, archery/BB guns, slingshot, creek walk and slip-and-slide. Fun-filled evening activities include a carnival, campfire sing-along, Novelty Olympics, treasure hunt and Dancing with Jelly. It’s a busy four days, but full of memories to take home.

Preteen Camp Ironwood has a tradition for being a “family camp” with teens (ages 14-19) and parents serving together as staff. The activity staff strive to make sure each camper participates and enjoys each activity, but each teen staff is also a “big sister or brother” to campers, dropping in on their activities and lunches. Additionally, “dorm parents” visit dorms each evening for a short talk and prayer. 

Camp Ironwood endeavors to include the entire family. Parents who serve on staff and have a camper and a young child are able to bring the young siblings as well! Younger children (ages 3-5) can participate in the daytime mini dorm activities and stay overnight with mom and dad.
