Join us from December 24th-29th at Spooky Nook in Hamilton, Ohio

Team Captains, please register your team during this time so when general registration opens your teammates can join

Special Needs (Nov. 10th - Nov. 13th)

**HARD CLOSE on registration for TEAM CAPTAINS AND SPORTS ATTENDEES on Nov. 29th. 
It's encouraged that all have registered by this point, but a must for team captains and sports attendees.

Housing Info 

**The booking issues have been resolved.**

The Warehouse Hotel requires a 4 night minimum stay. Those looking to book rooms for 3 nights or less should plan to book at the very close by Courtyard by Marriott. 

You'll receive a hotel booking code in your confirmation email after successfully registering for Winter Family Weekend

Finally, "Fantastic room rates have been contracted at both hotel properties!  General attendees can start booking rooms on November 14th!"

Dress Code:

Teams will wear appropriate and modest outfits. Clothing must not be excessively tight or revealing.  It should provide appropriate coverage and avoid revealing one’s undergarments, midriff, and bosom.  Compression tights, leggings, short shorts, halter-tops, and yoga pants without clothing worn over the top are unacceptable. Do not wear clothing with improper or offensive writing or messages. All players must have proper footwear. Uniforms or team shirts are not required. Hair should be a natural color. Appropriate hair length must follow biblical guidelines: short for boys, longer and non-shorn for girls (1 Corinthians 11:14-15).  No jewelry should be worn, tattoos are discouraged, and must remain covered during sports activities.
