God doesn't throw a life away just because it is a little broken. His plan is to take broken lives, and to redeem them.

Greetings Mr. Beam..I wanted to thank you for 2 sermons that greatly inspired me..Seabiscuit was a very Inspiring movie that moved me. I listened to your sermon on Brokenness June 2022. Which was .yesterday..July12th 2022. I had tears in my eyes as well. There was a point in my life that I was mentally ill for 9 1/2 years. Thank you for sharing that story about your Grandmother..It gives people like me hope...I was in God's truth in 1983-1986. Left the church. I went to prison.I felt ashamed/embarrassed.I tried to come back the second time after going back to prison..a second arrest to prison within months from being released after serving my prison sentence the first time.I spent nearly 30 years out in this world until God's miraculous intervention.I liked the end of the movie where the horse Jockey "Red" said that we did not fix the horse..He fixed each one of us.The owner...the trainer..the jockey.How much more with God's spirit and his love inside each of us..can we help to fix each other in every body of Jesus Christ's Co gregarious. God's love repairs each of our Brokenness. God bless.
