More than 200 attended the 2022 Feast of Tabernacles and Last Great Day in the beautiful peak fall foliage of Cincinnati, Ohio. Fellowship bustled vigorously from the first day to the last and people found opportunities to serve one another and try to live the vision of God’s Kingdom.

A small vocal festival ensemble buttressed the eight days in inspiring songs, with solos, duets and a heartwarming children’s choir filling in the middle days. Inspiring messages encouraged spiritual conversations among the brethren. Several Bible studies throughout the Feast, including an interactive Bible activity answering real letters sent to the United Church of God’s Personal Correspondence Department kept the spiritual fellowship rolling throughout the eight days. A family day dinner and game night got brethren, young and old, together for food and fun. Group Bible Jeopardy was a hit for more than a few. The senior luncheon was well attended and a delight, with more than 91 in attendance. The seniors had the privilege to hear musical stylings from Phil Rishel and Teresa Yazell. Teens enjoyed a Sherlock Escape Room and almost made their escape. Many took advantage of several local attractions such as the Creation Museum and the Ark Experience in Kentucky. A Sunday evening hymn sing got everyone in the right frame of mind for the last Holy Day of the year.

Despite the sicknesses that made their rounds throughout the Feast, people continued to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude. God definitely had His hand in every aspect of the Feast running smoothly. We were all thankful that God’s people could dwell together in unity and harmony at a location on which God placed His name for these incredible days. An overarching theme of all the messages seemed to be keeping the vision of the Kingdom alive and active in our lives today, and these were truly our marching orders going forward into another year of serving God on this earth.
