As we listen to news from around the world it’s evident that mankind is headed in the wrong direction. Yet, Christ commands His followers to seek first His Kingdom! The bible encourages us to put a high priority on meditating and discussing God’s glorious plan for mankind. How well do we balance the news of today (the war, poverty, disease and hunger) with our hope for the future promises of peace, abundance and healing under our soon-coming King?

Doug Wendt attended Ambassador College and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education. Doug and his wife Belinda have two children and four grandchildren. They previously served in Jacksonville and Orlando, Florida and presently, Doug pastors the Ocala, St. Petersburg and Tampa, Florida congregations.
