God promises that His way of life will soon cover all, as waters cover the sea. In order for that to happen, Satan and His influence must be stopped and put away, and people much develop a hunger and a thirst for God. During the Day of Atonement, we the culmination of both aspects and a vision of when the knowledge and the glory of God will cover, as the waters cover the sea.
