In this zoom Bible study Mr. Smith finishes the book of Micah by covering chapters 4-7. He begins by using chapter 4 to show us guidelines in deciding if a passage of scripture is prophetic with a still future meaning to be fulfilled. In chapters 5-7 God points out the sins of Israel and Judah and how they will be punished for them. Micah chapter 4 and the last verses of the book show us how when God gives correction he also points out the great blessings that will come from accepting and applying that correction in our lives.

Gary Smith

Gary Smith was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, but spent most of his youth in the Pasadena, California area. He graduated from Ambassador College in 1976 and he and his wife, Liz, moved to Peoria, Illinois. For the next six years he worked as a nursing home administrator in Illinois, Ohio, and Texas.
In 1982, he and Liz began to serve in the full-time ministry. Since that time, they have served in a number of congregations in the Midwest.
Gary and Liz now pastor in Houston, Texas near their two children and grandson.
