Each end of year often includes the time for a New Years resolution to change. We are all in a constant state of change. Often, the changes deal with the physical outside (e.g., hairstyle, hair color, clothing, or other "makeovers"). For us, the most important changes must be transformational from the inside. What specifically should those changes be, and how can we make those changes?

Fred Crow is an elder with United Church of God; pastor of the Eureka and San Jose, California congregations. After 34 years, Fred retired from the aerospace industry in 2015. He and his wife Sue have two daughters and eight grandchildren. On the side, he wrote a newspaper column, taught scuba diving, was a published cartoonist; and he is a writer, photographer, and traveler.
