Main purpose of the universe, of all creation was to start a family of God. To create an eternal companion of the Son, the bride.
Rev 3:21 To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
If a bride is to be made ready for a royal role needs to be made ready.

He that overcomes, overcomes what? We have a role to play in the choices that we make. We see that we have a few mars in our character, some corruptions.
We are talking about someone who will be sitting with Christ ruling the universe.
What does it mean to overcome? Redeemed human beings have been placed in a unique chain of command. Even over the angels. When angels showed themselves, people where fearful. The first thing the angels needed to do was to calm the people.

Bridegroom was made perfect through His sufferings.

Joint heirs with Christ to sit on the throne with Him, a co-heir.
The angels are never talked about as being a part of the body.

We have a Bridegroom that paid a heavy price for His bride.

Eph 5:30 For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones.

Different, yet common goal and purpose.

Redeemed human beings, the betrothed of Christ are raised to a height to is the highest.
The church is the only force in the world today that still has light against Satan's forces.
Rev 19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready."

Christ paid a huge price for us because He wants to share life with us.
Children of God
1Jn 3:2 Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.
1Jn 3:3 And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.
It seems to simplistic that God was creating a family for His Son.
Some historians admit that they don't understand the secrets about the plan. Some see it as senseless purpose.
No purpose, meaningless, senseless, aimless. Confusion of the past and no hope for the future. What is the center of history, the most powerful at the time.

This is where it begins.

It is an incredible invitation to be one of the firstfruits. We have the capability to be of the bride of Christ. We have the ability to purify ourselves.
History is simply His story.
Mat 25:34 Then the King will say to those on His right hand, 'Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

God reached out His love toward us. He is preparing a bride for His Son.

Do we really grasp and see our calling? It is simply profound. The heavenly wedding is going to mark a new beginning.
