Forgiveness, a biblical concept, and teaching has been found by modern medical science to have very beneficial health effects when practiced and deleterious health effects when not practiced. There is, however, much more to forgiveness than a psyche trick to help us feel better. The full scope of its effects, importance and potential eternal impact can only be discovered in the pages of the Holy Bible.
