God does the choosing not us, and like all of those that answered that call in the bible bore good "fruit" as God commanded. Likewise for us we are now called to do the same. Making the right Free Will Choices and focusing our minds on loving God, His Commandments and doing His will needs to be our free will choice if we plan to be in His Kingdom and answer successfully His calling.
