We all have been effected by situations in our early years by our responses and the responses of our parents to our actions in times of stress. In times of stress children and their parents often focus on the situation of the moment and not on their relationship to each other. The effects of these times of stress can effect how we relate to God in our times of stress. In this sermon Patrick McKee shows us we should relate to God by looking at examples of cain and the prodigal son and seeing how God related to them in their times of stress.
