Chess is a game of planning and forethought. Some are very skilled in looking at long-term scenarios. God is the master planner and sees the end from the beginning. There are several examples in the Bible of the steps leading up to an end result.

Ken Loucks

Ken Loucks grew up attending the church in Vancouver, WA. Over the years, he was part of congregations in Portland West and Portland East, OR; Anchorage, AK; and Burlington, WA. He was ordained as a deacon in April 2017 and later as an elder in September 2021. In August 2024, Ken began serving in the full-time ministry as the Pastor of the Tacoma and Olympia congregations in Washington. He and his wife, Becca, were baptized together in 1987, married in 1988, and are blessed with three children and four fantastic grandboys.
