Professional football conducts an annual draft of collegiate athletes. The most fit athletes with the greatest skill and experience are generally chosen first. Those with little experience and having lesser physical skills are often not chosen. But that's not the way that God makes his decisions. He selects people on a different set of criteria and then develops them to become firstfruits in His Kingdom.
