The history of Israel is filled with accounts of their falling away from the truth of God and His law. They would suffer greatly for their national sins as they fell into idolatry and pagan worship. Each time they rediscovered God's law and repented, they were again blessed as a nation. Many times these restorations were associated with God's Holy Days. This is a significant lesson for us! We, as Christians, are renewed, refreshed and restored through the year as we examine ourselves, repent and change our lives before God and Jesus Christ as we keep the Feasts.
