One of the important themes of the bible is for the elect to be ready for the return of their Savior. We are blessed with the perfect examples of our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ as They continue to prepare for the many children They will bring into Their family. If we are serious about our calling then it's vital for us to always be mindful of God's command to "be ready" for our awesome future.

Doug Wendt attended Ambassador College and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education. Doug and his wife Belinda have two children and four grandchildren. They previously served in Jacksonville, Ocala and Orlando, Florida and presently, Doug pastors the St. Petersburg and Tampa, Florida congregations.
