The Pharisees Creed, Part 2

David Horvath concludes this sermon with its lessons and warnings against allowing these Pharisee attitudes and actions to creep into our Christian lives today. Jesus warned in Matthew 5:20, "For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven."

David Horvath

David is originally from the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree from Ambassador College in 1989. After living five years in the Birmingham, Alabama area, he and his family moved to the Nashville area in 1995 where he and his wife Regina, also an Ambassador College graduate, run a custom home design-build business. David enjoys trail bike riding, weight training, and being a spectator at his three daughters’ volleyball games and track and field meets.
