We have many spiritual tools at our disposal for use in our journey with God. However, meditation may be one we forget to utilize. What is proper Biblical meditation and how can we make this powerful tool more effective in our lives?

Andy grew up in God's Church in the Cincinnati, Ohio area and now lives in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Andy has AAS degree in Mechanical Engineering and a BA degree in Business and Technology. He currently is employed as a technical inside sales representative for a global distributor providing valves for chemical processes and natural gas transmission.

Andy serves as an elder in the Indianapolis congregation with his wife and two adult sons.
