Through study of past examples, inspiration and personal experience, we find that we can believe God's promises. They will be kept—every one of them. We need not be afraid to talk about His promises, about the wonderful future that awaits those who love and obey Him, because they will come to pass.

The Bible says that without faith we cannot please God (Hebrews 11:6). Our actions reflect our faith and that is how our lights shine. That is how our personal faith is seen by all around us, making it not a private, but a very public matter.
