Four high school seniors decide to skip class. The next day the students tell their carefully rehearsed tale about being stranded because of a flat tire.

So the teacher decides to give them a pop quiz. She has the boys sit in different corners of the room, and she announces, “This test involves only one question and will determine your final grade. The question is…which tire was flat?”

It would be nice if all dishonest behavior was so easily exposed.

Honesty is an approach to life that is more than just not telling lies. To be honest is to value truth and to make every effort to be truthful with others. To be honest is to try to find win/win solutions where every person benefits from a deal.

It all comes down to doing to others as you want them to do to you.
